It's weird where inspiration comes from but since the lockdown I have let my mind drift off on a regular basis to escape the boredom, and voila - Ladies What Lunch was born.
I always love lunches. Not the old school packed meal scenarios but those little lunches you sneak during the working week. I've been lucky to work within the hospitality sector for many years, so lunching is a combination of finding the latest food trend or ducking into a delightful new deli. It's not all about the food, it's also about the atmosphere and for many, lunching is more than just a nutritional break, but a chance to recharge the soul.
So, what can you expect from Ladies What Lunch? Well, a bit of food, mixed with a sprinkle of design and served up on a big plate of commentary.
